Stone Fences Tours is a family-owned touring company dedicated to educating our guests on the history and heritage of our incredible state. Hope is a high school history teacher and Jerry is a retail manager, arm chair historian and aspiring standup comedian. After 10 years of touring historical sites in the country and abroad, we decided to use our knowledge to highlight our beautiful Commonwealth of Kentucky.
As members of the Kentucky Civil War Roundtable, the Battlefield of Richmond Association, the Bluegrass Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Filson Historical Society we ensure that our tours are research-based and historically accurate but also are an entertaining view into Kentucky’s past.
